The Infra-Red System provides superior interpretation facilities. Its high sound quality, reliability, security and freedom from interference makes it the preferred choice for today's meeting. The Radio Induction System provides economical interpretation facilities for your larger conference. Its ability to transmit over large areas ensures that you can hear the interpretation in the remotest corners of your conference. It can be used in the open air without any difficulty and has been provided in stadiums seating many thousands of delegates. Professional Conference Interpreters can be provided, covering all languages and subjects to make your event a success. The Tour Guide System is a simple briefcase sized unit enabling you to interpret a single language to a group of up to twenty people via radio headphones. Six different frequencies are available, allowing other groups to listen in alternative languages. It is battery powered so you can use it whilst on the move making it ideal for small sales meetings, factory visits, tours or town twinning ceremonies. It also enables you to provide discrete commentary where silence is important such as at chess or snooker tournaments. Sound Systems Our high quality sound systems ensure that your delegates can hear the conference clearly and distinctly throughout the meeting room. The sound can also be fed to other rooms for overflow facilities, and its broadcast quality will give you the opportunity to provide for media coverage of the event. Microphone Management Systems are ideal for your round table meetings and encourages full participation. They are simple to use and can be self operated. Visual Aids enable your speakers to illustrate their point clearly and simply. Voting Systems allow your delegates to make their votes known, or to indicate their market preference, or maybe even to participate in a game show scenario. Recording and tape transcription services enable you to record your event. Our fast duplicating and transcription service means that you can distribute cassettes of the meeting to your delegates or those unable to attend. This means that you will be provided with equipment which we consider most suitable rather than the equipment which a franchise would oblige us to supply. With over thirty years experience, our knowledge of the business, hotels, venues and methods of operating means that we avoid pitfalls before they happen. With this in mind, we prefer to install your equipment in plenty of time, maybe the evening before, to ensure that all is comfortably completed and snug before your first delegate arrives. If you permit us, we prefer not to remove the equipment until the last delegate has left the meeting, ensuring that no one is distracted, and leaves everyone with a comfortable feeling that your event was well organised.
